– Award Winning Company Presents Immersive, Innovative Out of Home Media –

Redwood City, CA – July 11, 2005 – Reactrix Media Systems, a developer of a pioneering, interactive outdoor media, today announced that it has been chosen by the AlwaysOn Network to present at the CEO Pitch @ Stanford program during the AO2005: Innovation Summit. AlwaysOn will spotlight a number of private company CEOs to present their business plan and go-to-market strategy to a panel of peers and an audience of corporate development officers, investors and members of the press. The AO2005: Innovation Summit will run from July 19 – 21 at the Frances C. Arrillaga Alumni Center on the Stanford University campus in Palo Alto, California.

"AlwaysOn draws a great and diverse crowd of business leaders, media and investors, and I am excited about the opportunity to share Reactrix' awesome media technology and business strategy with this community," said Mike Ribero, CEO of Reactrix. "The Reactrix technology is remarkably social and visual, so this is an ideal opportunity to demonstrate its power as a new media platform."

The CEO Pitch @ Stanford consists of private companies at all stages of development from early to late stage. Companies were evaluated and chosen by the AlwaysOn editorial staff, together with a team from the MIT/Stanford Venture Lab (VLAB) – a joint venture between the MIT Enterprise Forum, the Office of Technology Licensing at Stanford University, and the Alumni Association of the Graduate School of Business. At the AO2005: Innovation Summit, each CEO Pitch will be evaluated by a panel of judges on overall value proposition and market strategy, and the top three winners will be invited to present on the main forum to thousands of in-person and webcast attendees.

Reactrix' breakthrough outdoor media technology actually "sees" and responds to consumers as they interact with brand content. Marketers can create a full-body advertising and entertainment experience delivered out-of-home to major retail and entertainment venues via a media network. Using Reactrix technology, they can project interactive media spots that respond to people's motions and gestures instantly with dramatic visual effects and game play, allowing retailers to bring static surfaces like floors and walls to life. Current customers include McDonald's, AMC Theaters, eBay and Adidas.

"The CEO Pitch is an open forum where companies can unveil their go-to-market strategies," said Tony Perkins, founder and editor of AlwaysOn. "Following in the tradition of AlwaysOn, companies are able to obtain unique insights from leading industry insiders, meet their peers and partners, and gain the attention of the venture and press communities."

The CEO Pitch @ Stanford is sponsored by the MIT/Stanford Venture Lab.
